PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate parts mis-mounting by determining pats installation to a mounting device right or wrong, to prevent troubles and production losses and to improve productivity by changing parts supply cassettes efficiently. SOLUTION: A mounting device 2 of which operation is controlled by control method receives each part from a parts supply unit 8 and mounts the supplied parts to a mounting position of a substrate 1. In this case the mounting machine 2 receives the parts from a parts supply cassette 14 which has storing parts information and changes the parts supply cassette 14 effectively by installing a transfer table 15 which handles a fixed number of parts supply cassette 14. In addition a reading means which reads storing parts information of the parts supply cassettes 14 is installed in the mounting device 2 and this control method determines suitability of parts supply from the read information. |
