PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for proper discharge of a storage battery in response to the temperature change of the storage battery. SOLUTION: The power supply device comprises a plurality of power capacitor cells 2 for accumulating voltage between a positive terminal 3 and a negative terminal 4 and a balancing circuit 8 attached to the positive terminal 3 and the negative terminal 4 for discharging a current from the positive terminal 3 to the negative terminal 4 in response to the temperature rise, wherein a board 7 is provided with a wiring pattern 9 for connecting the positive terminals 3 and the negative terminals 4 of the different power capacitor cells 2 and connecting the power capacitor cells 2 in series. |
