<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a priority dependent class selection type communication system and its communication method that can secure a transmission line required for its own transfer, select a priority class to be used and optionally revise the priority depending on the state of use so as to optimize the communication cost. SOLUTION: A user terminal 1 is provided with a connection establishment trigger detection section 11 that detects start of transmission reception, an information request section 12 that requests network utility information for each priority class, a priority class selection section 13 that decides which priority class is to be selected, a request section 15 that makes a request of use of the priority class, and a transmission reception section 16 that transmits/ receives information according to an available ID. A network control section 2 is provided with a network information transfer section 21 that transmits the network utilization information, a network database 22 that stores the network utility information and a request reception section 23 that transmits the available ID.</p> |
