<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize damages caused by defective residential facilities, to attain device changes while minimizing damage to living and to attain quick responses to customers. SOLUTION: In a remote monitor system for facilities, a centralized control controller 1 in each resident is connected to an air conditioner 2, an electric meter 3, a gas meter 4, a water meter, a hot-water supplier 6, a home use elevator 7 and the like to collect information of these facilities and to proceed a predetermined process to output the results of the process as household information. A customer control server 9 mounted at a monitor center of a housing manufacture collects the information sent periodically or immediately from the controller 1 via a communication network 10, proceeds control and storage of data at every residents, and proceeds a predetermined monitoring, so that the controller 1 finds signs of damages and lives of the facilities in advance and grasps the abnormalities quickly and precisely to sent order information to facility maintenance company 11 if necessary.</p> |
