PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent incoming and outgoing signals from deteriorating in propagation characteristics, due to a gap between a transmitting-receiving integral- type high-frequency module and an antenna or a waveguide adapter mounting surface serving as a waveguide of low impedance, and the outgoing and incoming signals mutually interfere and are not ensured of sufficient isolation in a transmitting-receiving integral type high-frequency module, which receives or transmits incoming or outgoing signals. SOLUTION: The fixing hole 6 of a carrier 2 is provided at an intermediate point on a straight line, drawn between a transmitting waveguide opening 3 and a receiving waveguide opening 4 and at the opposite side on the same straight line through the intermediary of the waveguide opening, and a nearly U-shaped cutout 16 is provided at the position to confront the fixing hole 6 of a conductor block 1.
