PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable poles of a magnet roller to affect each other less or to be less affected by one another, the magnetic force of the poles to be set designed, the poles to avoid a state of turning the magnetic forces of the repulsive poles of the magnet roller which is reverse in polarity, a magnetic force acting between the repulsive poles to be reduced, and a magnetic force characteristics between the repulsive poles to be made flat. SOLUTION: A magnetic powder is mixed into binder, such as thermoplastic resin or the like for the formation of a resin magnet composition, and the magnet composition is molded into a rod or a magnet piece 1 fan-shaped in cross section. The magnet piece 1 is made to have the same magnetic poles on sides 1s and 1s near an outer periphery 1a of the sector and the opposite magnetic pole on an inner periphery 1b of the sector. The magnet piece 1 is disposed and fixed between the repulsive poles of the magnet roller, by which a magnetic force acting between the repulsive poles can be adjusted.
