PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image processor that has little deterioration of luminance when flicker removal is performed. SOLUTION: A subtracter 21 obtains a difference of luminance data between image data L1 and L2 for a filter, and diffrential dataΔL12 are outputted to a coefficient changeover control section 23. An adder 101 adds image data L1 and L2 for the filter, and the added result is outputted to a coefficient changeover multiplier 22. The coefficient changeover control section 23, based on the differntial dataΔL12, outputs a coefficient control signal SC to the coefficient changeover multiplier 22. The coefficient changeover multiplier 22, based on the coefficient control signal SC, changes over a value of a multiplication coefficient N to either of a multiplication reference value '1/2' and a magnitudinous value of multiplication reference VMAX larger than '1/2', multiplies the added result of the adder 101 with the multiplication coefficient N, and outputs the multiplied result from an output terminal P3 as flicker removed image data D20. These processes are performed in a pixel unit.
