<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a company foundation support system which can easily follow a procedure for company foundation on a network. SOLUTION: A procedure support server 10, when receiving an application document from an applicant (S1), accesses a legal affairs bureau server 16 to perform trade name investigation (S2) and apply for trade name temporary registration (S4), and send the articles of an association received from the applicant to the server 16 to have them attested. Further, the server 10, after receiving various necessary documents from the applicant (S9) and sending them to parties concerned to obtain electronic signatures, sends the necessary documents with he signatures to the server 16 and a payment bank server 20 (S12, S13), sends a request for effect to pay the capital to a capital payment bank account to a settlement institution server 18 (S14), and sends a capital custody certificate sent from the capital payment bank to the server 16 (S16).</p> |
