<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile server with which maintenance management of distribution conditions can be easily performed even when many distribution conditions are registered. SOLUTION: The facsimile server receiving image data from a communication section 17, an interface section 22 or a read section 15 discriminates whether the distribution condition of the image data corresponds to distribution conditions stored in a distribution condition storage section 13 and distributes the image data to a distribution destination set in the corresponding distribution condition. A display means of an operation section 20 can display a list of the distribution conditions. By designating a list-up arrangement condition from the operation section 20 to the display means, the display means is enabled to show sorted distribution conditions. For example, the distribution conditions are sorted by information with respect to senders or information with respect to destinations to allow a user to easily find out duplication or missing of the distribution conditions so as to easily perform the maintenance management of the distribution conditions.</p> |
