REMOTE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM WITH REAL TIME PROTOCOL SYNCHRONIZATION AFTER HAND-OVER PROCEDURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote communication system where mis-alignment of reference values in succession to a hand-over procedure does not cause detrimental destruction to communication and crash to an application while preventing execution of excessive additional operations by a gateway. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal is switched from a 1st media gateway MG1 to a 2nd media gateway MG2 during hand-over. After the hand-over, an anchor media gateway MG0 calculates a difference between a reference value received from the 2nd media gateway MG2 and a reference value having been received from the 1st media gateway when no hand-over takes place. Then this difference is returned to the 2nd media gateway to synchronize the series of the reference value for the 2nd media gateway by using this difference.
