PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector allowing the reduction in height. SOLUTION: This coaxial connector comprises a base 1, a coaxial electrode 4 provided on the upper surface side of the base 1, and a ground terminal 2 and hot terminal 3 formed so as to extend from the side surface of the base 1 in parallel to the central axis of the coaxial electrode 4. The ends of the ground terminal 2 and hot terminal 3 are bent so as to be open outward to the base 1. A recessed part 7 is preliminarily formed on a board 5. The coaxial connector is mounted on the recessed part 7. Accordingly, most of the coaxial connector is housed in the recessed part, and the height of the coaxial connector is reduced in appearance. The ends of the ground terminal 2 and hot terminal 3 are electrically connected to a printed wiring material formed on the board.
