SOLUTION: A drawing part 6c of a collecting connector 6 connected to a negative electrode 1b at the lower end surface of a generating element 1 is drawn to the upper end surface via an axial center hole 7a of a core material 7 arranged in the central part of a winding of the generating element 1, and then it is connected to a negative electrode terminal 4.
