PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise-suppressing method of an electronic device which is capable of improving workability and reducing cost by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this noise-suppressing method of the electronic device of the present invention, a metal chassis that shields the electronic device is constituted of a plurality of shielding plates 11, 12 or the like, and the shielding plate 11 is provided with a notched part 3 at an end 1A, and the end 1A of the shielding plate 11 is connected to the shielding plate 12 by pushing and contracting a spring 4 into the notched part 3.
