PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for confirming a person in question for seating, in which a trainee/examinee can simultaneously attends class, lecture and take examination a place convenient for him, such as at his house and a nearby assembly hall and a distribution source can also monitor that a legal trainee/examinee takes his seat during taking the class and the examination at all thes. SOLUTION: While distribution data from a distributing device 10 are being reproduced by a personal computer 20, the distributing device 10 requests the computer 20 to respond with click operations, etc., further requests the computer 20 to transmit identification information, such as an ID, a password, images picked up by a CCD camera 203 and a fingerprint, and decides that the student taking the course himself is observing and listening to the distribution data, based on the response results and the transmission contents. |
