PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for providing advertisement information effective for a mobile object such as an automobile. SOLUTION: A mobile object mounted appliance detects position information of the mobile object by using a GPS system or the like, and transmits it to an advertisement information providing device. The advertisement information providing device retrieves providing position information close to transmitted position information with providing position information of the registered advertisement information to be retrieved, acquires the corresponding advertisement information, and transmits it to the mobile object for collecting position information. The mobile object mounted appliance receives the transmitted advertisement information for the self appliance, and outputs it. An advertisement requesting person can thus provide advertisement information to a user having high possibility for business success while the user can receive advertisement information favorable for her/himself.
