PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processor system capable of efficiently handling large stream data with small amount of locality, which does not require the increase in associability for enhancement of hit rate and can reduce power consumption. SOLUTION: In the processor system having a processor 101 and a main memory 103 to store the stream data to be processed by the processor 101, a stream buffer 102 to store a series of data as a stream is provided and a stream control part 104 to control read and write of the main memory 103 and the stream buffer 102 based on a stream instruction of the processor 101 is also provided between the processor 101 and the main memory 103.
