SOLUTION: When placed information on a preliminarily selected WEB site is acquired while retrieving it according to the preset schedule, the selection of the WEB site 13 by a user authenticated by a user managing device 20 and an acquisition schedule of the Internet information from the WEB site are recorded in a schedule recorder 30. The Internet information acquired by an information acquisition controller 50 according to the schedule recorded in the schedule recorder and information acquired from the WEB site is recorded in a data recorder 60.
