METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CEMENTED CARBIDE MICRO PIN

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cemented carbide micro pin is provided to keep even surfaces of rectangular sections of a cemented carbide micro pin. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cemented carbide micro pin comprises the steps of forming parallel grooves(30a) on one face of a cemented carbide member(30) using a dicing saw, attaching the cemented carbide member on a die(50) using a wax(40) while the grooves face upward, and forming a plurality of pin members without grooves by grinding the upper face of the cemented carbide member using a grinding wheel(20). Herein, precision degrees of an X axis and a Y axis by the dicing saw and precision degree of a Z axis by the grinding wheel are satisfied. Moreover, a defect due to distortion is avoided.
