PURPOSE: A composite cast article clad with dissimilar materials is provided which not only utilizes merits of a metal or nonmetal material and aluminum but also produces various shaped articles at low prices, and a method for manufacturing the composite cast article clad with dissimilar materials is provided. CONSTITUTION: The composite cast article clad with dissimilar materials is characterized in that an internal container(2) is obtained by forming a sheet material such as metal or nonmetal and alloy, the preheated internal container is coupled to a projection part(11) of a moving die(10) after preheating the internal container(2) to a temperature of 350 to 500 deg.C, an external container casted with aluminum molten metal(22) is integrally adhered onto the outer surface of the internal container(2) by operating the moving die(10) after injecting the aluminum molten metal(22) into a concave part(21) of a fixed die(20) so that the aluminum molten metal(22) is pressed for about 4 to 10 seconds, and an article in which metal molecules are bonded by heat fusion is obtained by releasing the dies. The method for manufacturing the composite cast article clad with dissimilar materials comprises the steps of producing an internal container by forming a sheet material such as metal or nonmetal and alloy; coupling the preheated internal container to a projection part of a moving die after preheating the internal container to a temperature of 350 to 500 deg.C; integrally adhering an external container casted with aluminum molten metal onto the outer surface of the internal container by operating the moving die after injecting the aluminum molten metal into a concave part of a fixed die so that the aluminum molten metal is pressed for about 4 to 10 seconds; and obtaining an article in which metal molecules are bonded by heat fusion by releasing the dies.
