SOLUTION: In this semiconductor device 1, a semiconductor element 10 is mounted approximately at the center of a base 2, the semiconductor element 10 is surrounded from above by placing a top cover 3 on this base 2, and a junction portion 4 between the base 2 and the top cover 3 is equipped with a moisture absorption region S having a cavity part 5 for moisture absorption. |
