PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for intentionally a little biasing a local oscillating frequency to prevent beat disturbance more simply. SOLUTION: A local oscillation means 3 oscillates a biased local oscillating frequency by referencing a storage means 27 storing prescribed data (frequency division ratio n) to generate the local oscillating frequency biased at least by a frequency not causing beat disturbance less than a substantial local oscillating frequency with respect to a reception frequency having the possibility of causing the beat disturbance affected by the frequency generated by internal oscillation means 3, 6 according to the prescribed data.
