PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract necessary data from a display of a computer, and to print a plurality of pages without making extensive operation. SOLUTION: By designating the area of document information on the display of the computer through operation of a built-in mouse and clicking on the right button of the mouse, the document information is temporarily stored on a clipboard of the computer (S1-S4), and an operation screen is displayed on the display of the computer (S6). When specifying the number of pages to print and indicating to print them on the operation screen (S8-S11), print information in accordance with the document information which is stored on the memory is transferred along with the information on the number of pages to print (S12-S14) and the printing of the number of pages in accordance with the information on the number of pages to print made on recording paper (S15). Thus, print with the required number of pages can be promptly done, without repeating area specifying operation and printing operation of the document information. |
