<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution such that a capacitor function is integrated in a ceramic board, as well as that makes its electric capacity increase. SOLUTION: A wiring board 11 of this invention has a via hole 19a being arranged in the board 11 is filled with a filler 2 for a capacitor. One conductor 15a is arranged on one wiring layer 15 so as to close one opening of the via hole 19a and so as to contact with the filler 20. The other conductor 16a is arranged on the other wiring layer 16 so as to close the other opening of the via hole 19a and so as to contact with the filler 20. The filler 20 is comprised of a particle 29 that the surface of a small metallic particle 27 is covered with a conductive layer 28.</p> |
