PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge the use of an electronic point card, and promote the use of a store by providing the function superior in facility for a store user having a cellular phone and the other mobile terminal. SOLUTION: This point information control device 30 is provided with a storage means 34 for storing user information and point information (the electronic point card) with every kind, a control means 38 for renewing the point information according to a using state of the user and judging whether or not the point information satisfies a prescribed exchange condition and a communication means 37 for informing the user's cellular phone of the point information and an exchange object with every kind when satisfying the exchange condition and acquiring a selection result from the cellular phone when selecting the exchange object in the cellular phone.
