PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to transmit large data of a size greater than that of a memory for transmission. SOLUTION: The memory for two-way communication between a FAX circuit 1102 and a CPU 1110 is divided into two special areas 1905 and 1906 for writing onto the facsimile and two special areas 1903 and 1904 for writing onto the CPU respectively. When a large amount of communication or a special communication is conducted, temporary transmission areas 1904 and 1906 which are normally not used are used in addition to the constant communication areas 1903 and 1905 for constantly performing communications. If the transmission is still disabled, threshold between the special areas for the CPU and facsimile is moved.
