MAGNET RETAINER, PERMANENT MAGNET ROTATING MACHINE AND FASTENING METHOD OF PERMANENT MAGNET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive permanent magnet retainer which can easily fit and attach curved pole magnets without deforming them on the inner surface of a yoke, also provide a permanent magnet rotating machine and a permanent magnet attaching method. SOLUTION: The magnet retainer 3 is formed in one body of a first ring 3a and a second ring 3b with several waving elastic pressers 3c in between. The retainer 3 is inserted into the yoke 2 sandwiching curved permanent magnets 4 between the waves 3f, 3g and the yoke 2 until the second ring 3b touches the closed end plate 2a. The first ring 3a is further pushed in as predetermined to deform the elastic presser 3c sideways to strongly push the curved permanent magnets 4 to retain and fasten them more reliably.
