PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer-readable recording medium recording structure data of respectively body parts of a model for forming a model image in a desired pose in a predetermined display device and to provide a human body shape forming device using this recording medium. SOLUTION: In the computer-readable recording medium, a model file and a structure file are formed for each model. The model file is provided with a model body respective parts data are recording the body respective parts and addresses related mutually, while the structure file is provided with a model structure data area recording the body respective parts and the respective part structure data related to each other, and the structure data area is classified according to the body respective parts. The address is arranged in the top of the data recording the classified structure data of the corresponding body part.
