PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a tape guide roller of a tape recorder is provided to manually assemble a post member with assembly members and firmly combine the members by welding, thereby improving productivity, efficiency of manufacturing process and reliability of product. CONSTITUTION: The top end of a post member(10) is processed such that the top end is stepped. The bottom of the post member is close-fitted into a lower flange(30) using a press. The bottom of the post member is close-fitted into a screw(20) placed under the lower flange using a press. A plurality of post members are inserted into a fixing jig having a plurality of insertion holes. A roller member(40) is rotably inserted into the upper portion of the lower flange of each post member. An upper flange(50) is slidably combined with the upper part of the roller member so as to be mounted on the stepped post member. The top end of the upper flange and the post member are welded to each other.
