PURPOSE: A shaver for an operation to be actuated by using a negative pressure is provided to reduce the whole weight of an operation tool, and to prevent the danger of an electric shock. CONSTITUTION: The shaver for an operation is constructed to receive the power by using a negative pressure supply device for the suction without a separate power transmission device and a motor, thereby it is possible to use the shaver without the danger of an electric shock as well as to reduce the whole weight of the shaver. The shaver comprises a negative pressure connection tube, a turbine to be rotated by using a negative pressure, a tube for transmitting the negative pressure to the interior of the shaver blader, and a blowing hole capable of determining the size of the negative pressure and the rotating force of the turbine.
