PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make detectable the arrival of an article carrying means, carrying an item with a data carrier, in a normal service area without providing a special sensor. SOLUTION: The data carrier capable of communicating with a reader/writer device is attached to the article carrying means for carrying the item with the data carrier communicating with the reader/writer device, and the arrival of the article carrying means into the normal service area can be detected by the reader/writer device communicating with the data carrier attached to the item. The arrival of the article carrying means ink the normal service area is detectable without the provision of a special sensor. |
