PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide first information, no mother what information-providing request a client makes. SOLUTION: A 1st information database for storing the 1st information is connected to a provider server. When the provider server receives request packet of information providing from the client (step S1), the provider server first stores the request packet (step S2). The provider server next outputs the confirmation information of the 1st information to the client (step S3 and outputs the 1st information (step S5) when the client approves (step S4). Meanwhile, when the client rejects the 1st information display, the client outputs the stored request packet to the Internet (step S8). |
