PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally a prior art system requires a facsimile to transmit/receive a B4 size sheet, as is must be satisfied and to obtain a system in which a facsimile itself is not required, data ca be stored on a magnetic floppy disc (R) or a band disc, updated information can be retrieved at all times and fetched data can be stored permanently, because the data is taken into a personal computer through an image scanner and transmitted/received by a software on the personal computer having a facsimile function, and the data can be edited in the B4 size on the personal computer, regardless of the size of a mark sheet for converting facsimile data. SOLUTION: The retrieval registration system comprises interconnected image scanner 5 and the personal computer 4, and a distribution mechanism host computer 2 where the image scanner 5 and the personal computer 4 serve as the terminals of the distribution mechanism host computer 2. |
