PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a natural language pattern through uneasy operation. SOLUTION: The device and a method for natural language pattern generation disclosed generate a natural language pattern used for syntax analysis or syntax generation and composed of at least a pattern name and pattern constitution elements. A morpheme analysis of an input sentence to be patterned is taken, the name of a pattern taking grammatical role that the natural language pattern takes is estimated according to the morpheme analysis result, and information on the morphemes obtained by the morpheme analysis is expanded at the parts of the pattern constitution elements while made to correspond to the estimated pattern name, thereby generating the natural language pattern. |
