PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely register individual information in a general site to a personal data base. SOLUTION: A personal information storage means to store personal information in a site on a network is provided and the individual information in other site is registered. This system is constituted so that an authentication site is further provided, an authentication ID is issued from the authentication site to the general site, site authentication is performed by the authentication ID and only the individual information in the authenticated site is registered in the personal DB. Registration of the individual information is more safely performed by browsing each site by a portable terminal and performing personal authentication by its own ID.
