<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin film solar cell capable of easily manufacturing the solar cell reduced in a weight and a thickness without decreasing a yield. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the thin film solar cell comprises the steps of laminating a back electrode layer, a photoelectric conversion layer and a front electrode layer on a front surface of an insulating board, and connecting a power fetching electrode to an end of the back electrode layer via a metal layer. The method also comprises a processing step of laminating the back electrode layer, the photoelectric conversion layer and the front electrode layer on the front surface of the insulating board, then covering the front electrode layer with a protective mask, then treating the back surface of the insulating board and thinly processing the board, and a laminating step of laminating the metal layer on the end of the back electrode layer so that the mask is used for both the processing step and the laminating step.</p> |
