PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shipping advice(S/A) system and an S/A notifying method that enable the sending of S/A to a plurality of importers en bloc. and a recording medium with its program recorded on it. SOLUTION: A first country has a communication server, first-country business servers, first-country user terminals and firs-country operator terminals. A second country has a second-country PC, second-country user terminals and second-country operator terminals. A third country has third-country user terminals and third-country operator terminals. S/A data inputted from a first-, second- or third-country operator terminal are transmitted via the communication server to first-, second- or third-country user terminals. The communication server or the second-country PC manages, in groups, the first- to third-country user terminals to which the same S/A is transmitted, and according to the managed group information, transmits the S/A en block.
