PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of being executed by a method for simply operating a transfer process after one of an extension representation group replies by the extension representation for constituting the representation group. SOLUTION: The method for transferring the extension representation group comprises the steps of storing a priority order of extensions incoming when incoming to an extension representation number in a representation group memory, storing a busy state of the extension for constituting the group and the extension incoming with the extension representation in an incoming history memory, storing information sliding to the history memory and the extension incoming and connected to a call by referring to the history memory according to the slide order registered with the group memory when an incoming call is arrived at the representing number and connecting the incoming call to the extension of an empty state, and transferring the sliding information stored in the history memory according to the slide order registered with the group memory and the incoming call to the extension confirming the idle state if a hook and special program dial are input from the extension connected to the incoming call.
