PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet which exhibits an excellent electromagnetic wave shielding effect, is simple in production and easy to be installed in various electronic devices and furniture. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding sheet is constituted by mixing ceramic fine powder with ion formability (A) and magnetic powder (B) into matrix resin, and being molded into sheet-like.
