PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding case where engagement is not disengaged even when an impact is applied. SOLUTION: In this shielding case 100, a wall surface 12 is constituted by adapting a fitting relationship between an engagement part 12c of a first side wall 12a and an engagement part 12d of a second side wall 12b in a way that a side surface of the first side wall 12a is in contact relationship with a side surface of the second side wall 12b. The wall surface 12 is provided with a recess 20, so that the first side wall 12a and the second side wall 12b can be pressed and spread and thus the side surfaces of the side walls 12a, 12b butt on each other. Since the recess 20 is provided on the wall surface, the side walls are strongly engaged with each other, the engagement of which is hardly disengaged even when an impact is applied. The side walls are closely engaged and hence electromagnetic waves inside the shield case can not leak outside and those outside the shield case can surely be shielded.
