PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective plate where aging of reflectivity is sufficiently suppressed at always even when a fluorescent lamp is not turned on while an environment purification function such as antibacterial characteristics, deodorant characteristics, anti-mold characteristics and the like is provided. SOLUTION: A mirror-like film for a reflective plate of a fluorescent lamp is provided where there are laminated a base film 1 comprising a plastic film, a metal vapor-deposition layer 2, a film layer 3 comprising ceramics containing a metal oxide, a reinforcing film layer 6, as required, an adhesive layer 4, and a release paper 5.
