PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a driver advancing into a tunnel sees a tunnel mouth and scenes within the tunnel as usual, overlooks a display on an alarm display board, has no caution against the display, because it may be erroneous information, even if the driver looks at the display, and the driver does not hear a siren in a closed cabin because sound volume of the siren is suppressed by taking noise for neighborhood residents into consideration and a possibility of causing a secondary disaster is provided due to advancing into the tunnel, in an alarm by a conventional display board. SOLUTION: This device is an alarm device for a tunnel which is installed near the mouth of the tunnel B and is provided with a smoke emitting device 1 for generating smoke by starting by a driving signal outputted in response to an accident and the occurrence of a fire.
