PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music outputting device which can increase a sense of presence when one listens to music on a portable music outputting device. SOLUTION: The music reproducing device A1 is equipped with an oscillation- judging element 24, an oscillation-controlling element 30 and a motor 32. The oscillation-judging element 24 judges the threshold level for the output level of each timing with a threshold level table 28 based on the decoded-music data housed in a decoding memory 20, and generates the oscillation-controlling data for controlling the oscillation. For example, the amplitude of the oscillation is quantitatively controlled corresponding to the judgment of the threshold level. By this, it is possible to control the oscillation corresponding to the music outputted.
