PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for washing, air conditioning, and insertion and discharge of koji in a koji maker, thereby discharging koji with few residues, sensing temperature of a koji making chamber, maintaining constant temperature and humidity, and easily cleaning a koji maker. CONSTITUTION: In a koji maker which is characterized by inserting raw material, followed by maturing it with stirring and discharging koji, an apparatus for washing, air conditioning, and insertion and discharge of koji in the koji maker comprises an air conditioning device, a discharging unit, a cleaning device(5) of a koji making chamber, a lower cleaning device(6), and a temperature sensor(9). |
