PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can easily embed necessary information in a posted document and inform a user of the necessary information as an operation. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a specifying means which specifies a part in the document and specifies a user to be informed of the part, a public opening means which instructs a bulletin board to make the document open to the public, and a registering means which registers the part specified by the specifying means as the operation of the user specified by the specifying means. |
