PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve the transaction content according to a call name from a journal dictionary where a transaction content having a call name as key information is registered in advance, and also retrieve not yet entered journalizing information registered in advance in the journal dictionary, according to all the entered journalizing information. SOLUTION: From a journal dictionary where credits using debits as key information are registered in advance, a credit is retrieved according to a debit (step S601). An abstract having the debit and the credit thus retrieved according to the debit as key information is also retrieved. Then the result of the retrieved credit and abstract is displayed (step S602), and a credit to be entered is selected and then entered (step S603). If the transaction needs compound journalizing (step S604; Yes), information on compound journalizing with the entered debit, credit and abstract as key information is retrieved from a journal dictionary wherein information on compound journalizing having debits, credits and abstracts as key information is registered in advance (step S605), and the retrieved information on compound journalizing is automatically entered (step S606) to finish the entry processing on the credit. |
