Implantable device comprises an electrical stimulation device with a wire type connector. The connection element for the conductor comprises a multi-part body that forms a receptacle for the conductor with at least a part of the body being electrically conducting and an elastic element for holding the various parts together. The elastic element holds the multi-part body in mechanical restraining contact with the conductor and enables the cable holder to be stretched to allow insertion of the conductor.
