Nodes (N1-N3) detect only a carrier. The node (N3), after the carrier of data (D11) disappears, sets as a waiting time the random time between a predetermined time t1 after the carrier disappears till a predetermined time t2 and tries to send data within the waiting time. The node (N1), after the carrier of data (D11) disappears, sends ACK data (D12) with respect to the data (D11) to a node (N12) before the predetermined time t1. The node (N3) detects the carrier of the ACK data (D12), and again sets the random time between the predetermined time t1 and the predetermined time t2, thus trying to send data.
