<p>Disclosed is a keyboard having a plurality of keys arranged on a keyboard mount. The keyboard comprises a control key section having control keys each of which is frequently used independently or along with another key for selecting a letter size and a specific instruction code, the control keys being disposed along a longitudinal direction on a left portion of the keyboard mount; an alphabetical and functional key section having alphabetic keys and other control keys, the alphabetic keys being disposed in an alphabetical order along a transverse direction or along a longitudinal direction from an upper end and on a center portion of the keyboard mount; and a numeric/cursor keypad section having numeric keys, a miscellaneous key used as a part of a computer terminal, and a punctuation key, which keys are disposed along a transverse direction on a right portion of the keyboard mount; the keyboard being miniaturized in a manner such that operating instructions and data can be inputted one-handed.</p> |
