The substrate (12) has a first surface and a second surface. The conductive pattern is formed on the first surface of the substrate (12). The conductive pattern has a first electrode (14) and a second electrode (16). The first and second electrodes (14, 16) are isolated from each other by a non-conductive region disposed therebetween.
