<p>An adaptor for an optical disk which is easy to operate, able to position a deformed disk in a disk transferring tray as specified, simple in structure, and easy to produce. A positioning circular center hole (2), to which a square CD (C1) with a diagonal of 8 cm is fitted unrestrictedly, is provided at the center of an adaptor body (1a) having an outline the same in diameter as a 12-cm-diameter CD, the center of this positioning circular center hole (2) being concentric with the center of the adaptor body (1a). The adaptor body (1a) is provided on bottom surface thereof with a projection (3) for locking the rotation of a disk transferring tray (71) and in the top surface thereof with a recess (4) for passing a disk clamper. The rotation-locking projection (3) has a thickness that permits it to double as an optical-disk-crawling-under preventing projection, and is provided on the bottom surface thereof with a projection (5) contacting the chassis (82) of a driving system unit (81) in a cabinet to allow the rear end face of the adaptor to float from the bottom surface of a 12-cm-disk-mounting recess (72) as the drive system unit (81) rises.</p> |
